Ordered to side tables great price / quality and delivery

Paid over the internet and received confirmation email quickly informing me the futon was ready for collection. Actually collected a few days later with no issues at all. All in all happy with the service and the product.

Very comfortable Futon chair. Not yet used as a bed but have used Futon mattresses for the family for many years now and rarely a complaint. Would definitely order again.

The ordering process was simple and the sofa arrived well packaged and the delivery was punctual. I am pleased with the sofa, it is a scoop shape and is comfortable to sit. I had a very positive experience with the futon company.

Excellent service from start to finish by Ray whilst shopping at the Bristol branch for a sofabed… he expertly talked me through the product, kept me informed until it became available and helped arrange home delivery??
As for the Milly sofabed itself, it’s quality, comfort and storage compartment are all amazing.

I've bought a number of items from Futon Company, most recently some Milan chairs. The products are all great quality and look nice, and the staff at the location I typically shop at in Chiswick are always very friendly and helpful. They also have sales intermittently so you can get some good deals. I'd recommend that others shop here, no doubt.

Very pleased with all items and with the delivery company. This is my third delivery of multiple items in the last 6 months. All items delivered as expected in perfect condition with no faults. The delivery fee at £35 is expensive but worth it for a number of larger items.

Lovely and high quality. One of the things I would like to bring awareness to is the fact that the cover fits a bit loose on the futon mattress once it’s been remade in the morning. Another thing I’d like to mention is the firmness of the mattresses, I understand they have to be firm to a certain extent but for people like me who prefer a nice soft mattress it might be a good idea to have a look at some of the mattress upgrades in store or buy some sort of duvet to go on top of the futon mattress. Lastly the packaging on the arms of the sofas could’ve been better and the instructions could’ve been clearer.

I have used the Futon Company a few times over the years and I have always been pleased with their products and service. Ordering was v easy this time and once again I got great service when I rang to check something.
